Mag254 does not load portal, help with papiao

Hello, for the last 2 weeks my mag254 won't load pass the loading portal screen.the screen on my tv goes blank and I get a message about service being split into 5 different portals instead of the blue screen with the yellow loading bar. I tried using my email and a combination of passwords at papiao.is/main/search Nfps/ website with no success I and stuck and would greatly appreciate any help on how to proceed Ty,
