1) add other setting option
Main Menu/System / Other Setting / Power Off Mode
Panel Show Time ---> the front panel show the current time
Panel Close ---> Close the front panel. Only the red led is working when standby mode.
2) Modify the smartcard read bug
3) Add 3620 LNB setting
4) Supported Georgia UI language
5) Modify the German string.
