Dear Mr. Sierra,
NagraStar Field Security & Investigations recently sent you a notice regarding your purchase from
NFPS.
Further due diligence and investigation has been conducted subsequent to the transmittal of the initial
pre-suit settlement offer.
Included for your reference is a small portion of the additional evidence which is sufficient to sustain
a cause of action:
• Below are NFusion Private Server (NFPS) campaign purchases from a known reseller via
Papiao.tv that are associated with your email address. The Papiao payment portal was used for
piracy service purchases only. This known reseller was determined to be active in enabling the
theft of DISH Network programming. These purchases indicate an active involvement in
satellite piracy.
NagraStar is making a second effort to resolve its legal claims against individuals who illegally
obtained access to its pay-television programming via IKS pirate television services. NagraStar is
prepared to release its claims against you arising from your unlawful accessing of DISH Network
programming through the IKS pirate service in return for your agreement to: (1) pay the sum of
$3,500.00 to NagraStar for your past wrongful conduct; and (2) enter into a formal settlement
agreement that includes an agreed permanent injunction. Included for your reference is a judgment
awarded to NagraStar in Federal court from your state, with facts and evidence similar to your case, if
applicable.
