OPENBOX Z5 HD Firmware 2016-Nov-14th

Upgrade Note:
pls use USB boot recovery to upgrade the software, Change file name to rom.bin, put to USB, then power on, when you see front LED Display show LOAD-> U0xx, you should remove USB, after Several Minutes, Upgrade will be finish.

Release Note:
1. Add Tandberg+ supported.
2. Fix Sharing issue in 113E and 105.5E
3. Add IPTV m3u file support. Change file name to tvlist.m3u, and put to usb, receiver will run IPTV m3u format.
4. Fix Sub and Audio not save problem
